@mbartlett21, is hardware acceleration enabled or disabled?
@srbs Yes, it turns out that I do have hardware acceleration enabled.
Also, the system is a dual GPU system, with both an intel and an NVIDIA GPU. Sublime is set to use the Intel one.
I know this is an old post, but it would seem that the problem is still present.
I have made a comment on #1875, but this issue better represent my problem. Not being able to interact with tabs or anything with them after waking the computer. I don't have Hardware Acceleration enabled on the machine that I experience the problem on.

Description
Sometimes after my computer goes to sleep and I wake it back up again, Sublime Merge displays its GUI, but the view doesn't update at all when clicking, though the clicks actually do work. The only way to get it to update the display is to resize the window, which seems to run another paint, but interaction still doesn't update the display.
The Sublime Text instance I had open as well is running perfectly fine though.CORRECTION: Actually, this time Sublime Text also stopped working and had to be restarted.
Steps to reproduce
(AFAICT) Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
