Switch repository tabs based on recency like in ST #1590

Problem description & Preferred solution

When switching repository tabs, I'd like them to switch like tabs to in ST: based on which tabs I used previously (based on a stack).

Alternatives

Make this configurable because editing key bindings in SM is kind of cumbersome due to having to extract the default bindings manually.

+1, I basically stopped using Ctrl-Tab completely in SM because without MRU option it just doesn't make a lot of sense because it's hard to predict where you'll end up.
