On Win10: Sublime Merge hides auto-hiding task bar #1794

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have the task bar in Win 10 in auto-hide mode (like it only slides up, if mouse touches bottom of screen)
  2. Open Sublime Merge
  3. Whenever Sublime Merge's window is maximized and has focus, the windows taskbar does not slide up anymore.. Or as I suspect, it still slides up but behind Sublime Merge's window.
  4. Workaround: Pressing Win key brings the task bar to front in this situation.

Expected behavior

Windows task bar still showing up regardless of mode and Sublime Merge's state.

Debug Information

I don't think there are additional debug infos I could provide for this. It is not repository related at all. But if I'm wrong, I'm happy to provide what ever is needed.

Same issue in Windows 11.
