Layout Options in dropdown does not work #1797

Description

The dropdown to control the side bar view image does not cause the side bar view to actually change.

The settings in Preferences -> Layout still work correctly.

  1. Open repository ...
  2. Click various options in the drop down

Expected behavior

Expect side bar view to change.

Cannot reproduce here with build 2090 on kubuntu 23.40, all options work.

I'm using i3wm as the window manager. Here is a screen recording. I've reproduced on multiple computers. This second computer is running Ubuntu 18.04, also with i3wm, and SMerge 2091.

Also notice that when i change the sidebar settings from the dropdown, the preference is updated in the preferences dialog, but the sidebar does not re-render.

This recording is using the public zprezto repo, so nothing there is confidential.
