Show commit hash in commit list #202

Problem description

Sometimes I find myself scanning through the commit list for a particular version, and it would be handy if I could see the hashes in the list like Bitbucket (etc.) shows.

I know I could use the navigate to commit feature, but...

Preferred solution

My preferred solution would be a faint short hash text on the right side of the commit list, next to the affected files count, or branch pills. Ideally this would only display if the commit list was expanded wide enough to comfortably show this without crowding out the commit message/username!

This is a high-priority feature request from my point of view. Being able to see the commit hashes here would be extremely helpful.

(BTW I've just bought a license! Thank you @jskinner and @wbond for all your great work on this app so far! :raised_hands: )
