Push to AWS CodeCommit #229

Description

When I try to push the repository to an AWS CodeCommit repo, it fails with fatal:NullReferenceException encountered. git failed with exit code 128

It worked at the start of SublimeMerge, and then began to fail

Does this happen with the command line git client?

Could you provide more info about your setup? See the bug template for the fields we typically ask for.
