Customize the Command Palette's input through sublime-settings files. #1760

Summary

The input of the Command Palette currently has its font and size properties hard-coded, which means they cannot be overridden through Widget - {THEME_NAME}.sublime-settings or Preferences.sublime-settings.

This is inconsistent with the Find Panel's input, for which the font and size can be customized.

I would like to see this feature, too, because descriptions are rendered very small with too much spacing if monospace fonts are used to render the GUI.

@wbond, since you're working on themes now, can you consider this, it makes the quick panel's input larger than I wish.
