The command palette entry 'Install Package Control' still available right after successfully running it #2671

Either by going on the menu Tools -> Install Package Control or either by opening the command palette, and typing Install Package Control, the Install Package Control menu entry still available right after successfully running it.

It only disappears, on the next time you start Sublime Text (i.e., after restarting Sublime Text).

I can't reproduce this anymore on ST Build 4094 in safe mode. I also installed PC using the command palette and after the installation, the Install Package Control menu item was not visible once the installation process was done. I did not have to restart ST. Maybe this has got fixed in some previous build.

I can't with ST 3176 x64 either.
