I am unable to reproduce on Windows 10 in safe mode (but could be that it's platform specific)
I use MacBook Pro m1 and win 10 you have to type F and control ( 00:00:00) you need a space first and pust find all and then erase the unwanted date/timestamp
and its 4 strings on each element or item on the json not just 4 strings...
I use this
{ "data": [{
}] }

I noticed that BracketHighlighter causes serious lag on your example file.

I love sublime text but after working with a big data json I noticed that it crash when I wanna chance multiple strings on the json with big data set
its happened when I wanna remove a part of a date/timestam ( 00:00:00) from 4 strings on each element or item on the json
and after a bit of trying i figured out that VS Code was able to edit the big json in sections of 20000 on Mac and 10000 on win when you wanna chance or remove som from one string on all json elements
would love to see sublimetext to handle this better tooo
i have upload the file I used here: json.json.zip
