LSP-Grammarly is doing nothing #16

This seems like a very cool implementation, but how do I get it to work?

I have installed LSP and LSP-Grammarly and I see "grammarly" in the status bar, but no linting or anything else visible in the text and it says E: 0 even though I've written a bunch of mistakes. Should I configure something?

Also, do I need to have the Grammarly desktop (Mac) client running?

It should just work, I think. It has functionality to log in but I don't think it's required to be logged-in.

Maybe output from from LSP: Toggle Log Panel in the command palette would say something.
