It would be great to publish LSP-SonarLint on Package Control to simplify installation

There is a PR DRAFT that should add LSP-SonarLint to Package Control. https://github.com/sublimelsp/repository/pull/32

Let's leave it open 🙂 the draft was open on on Sep 29, 2020... And it hasn't been merged yet.
