What happened to the LSP-rust-analyzer package its gone from the package index

I don't recall this ever being on package control. We're fleshing out the capabilities in the meantime. This pull request also needs a few tweaks https://github.com/sublimelsp/repository/pull/46

your readme links to it so i assumed it's been there, so what's the go-to way to install this package then? currently using ra and lsp alone but updating the language server myself is kind of a pain since nightly gets daily updates

Maybe it would be a good idea to add a notice that LSP-rust-analyzer isn't available on Package Controller in the meantime
