[x] Clean up LspTypescriptGotoSourceDefinitionCommand after https://github.com/sublimelsp/LSP/pull/2024 is merged
[x] Don't show location picker for LspTypescriptGotoSourceDefinitionCommand if only one result

I don't see that we need to manually run add_jump_record so I've removed it in the old code and haven't added to the new code. I guess ST4 is better at this and we don't need it anymore. Or I don't know how to reproduce the original problem.

New LSP version needs to be released before this.
