You can try to:

restart ST and use LSP: Troubleshoot Server option from the command palette before the server crashes. Post the output here.
Disable the LSP-typescript package and re-enable it again. This will reinstall the dependency.

That is not the info I've asked for.

I've asked to run LSP: Troubleshoot Server from the Command Palette.

Also, you haven't replied if you've tried:

Is something supposed to happen when running the Troubleshoot Server command? I'm not seeing anything (running on ST 4102)

I tried it on ST 4090 and at least this time I can run the troubleshoot (I replaced my project name here with [project_name]) I suspect that this is the same error it's getting in 4102 but maybe not

Try:

Run Satisfy Dependencies from the Command Palette (that should update lsp_utils if it was not updated already)
Restart ST
Disable LSP-typescript from Command Palette (Disable Package)
Re-enable LSP-typescript
Check the ST console for the server installation log. Maybe there will be some issues visible there.

I don't know exactly what I did differently but it's working now, although it still says Permission Denied in the troubleshooter
