Reconsider organization of subheadings #15

Closed thejessleigh closed 7 years ago

Each of the sections are great and ramp up in a way I think we appreciate. However, inside each subheading (except for step 2) there's no real organization to any of the links provided. I think we should talk about how we want to organize things going forward, especially if this is going to be a living document.

Still noodling on how to make this document more readable. I think maybe separating and organizing links by category (marginalization of women, POC, trans people, etc. logically grouped together). I think this will make #14 easier and make this document more useful as a resource to navigate rather than an intimidating infodump.

@cmho @stephmarx if you have any other thoughts or feelings on this I'd definitely love to hear them! Otherwise I'll probably start working on this soon.

Ah, yeah, sorry I forgot to respond before—I think dividing some of the items by sort of major themes might be useful, yeah, esp for people trying to find information/examples quickly. It might also be useful to give a list of keywords with each article (e.g. keywords: sexism, culture fit, harassment) for anyone navigating via ctrl-F?

Cool. I'll see if I can do some rough sorting today or tomorrow during some downtime. Thanks! :)
