Convert to using service layer #89

This PR refactors the code to use a new service layer for actors and posts:

Replace direct database access with service methods to improve modularity and separation of concerns.
Remove the repository layer as it's now redundant with the service layer.
Update model definitions to reflect changes in primary keys and fields.
Adjust queue processing to utilize the new service layer for actor and post handling.
Add error handling where necessary and ensure proper logging of errors.

NOTE: This is still very much WIP (doesn't even pass tests as of time of PR creation). I'm simply opening a PR for early feedback

Ok @devanbenz, I think I am done here. There is likely more that can be done, but I think this is "good enough". I do want to add in tests but I will do that in a separate PR so this can get merged in (unless you see something that should get updated)
