Connection refused error while trying to pair #13

I try to pair to my Philips 55pus7181 (2017) TV but get an connection refused error:

Command used: python ./philips.py --host xx.xx.xx.xx pair Can't access with web browser [ip-address]:1926 Ping successful TV turned on Python 2.7

Wrong ip, issue solved.
