Cant pair 55OLED854/12 #33

I have a problem with the installation. My command is not working python philips.py --host 192.168.x.xxx pair

Message appears:

python:` can't open file 'philips.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory16 pair

I think philips.py is missing

How can I solve this problem or add this file?

I use: Hoobs 3.3.1 Raspberry PI 3B
