I'm sorry for overloading with all these issues. Is there any tutorial about how to create ?

Not a problem, if you know how to use Photoshop (Basic) then check out this: https://github.com/subordination/Translucent/tree/master/Photoshop%20Template

If you do create any icons, please provide an icon request in the same way you have been doing, but then reply with the image attached as a comment.
