Refactor `flutter-version` to `version` #151

Hello!

I suggest you to refactor variable, flutter-version to version, because of variables-tone. Please look into this update for further update, such as subosito/flutter-action@v3

I don't think it's necessary. We were using version prior v1.1.0. It's now follow convention used by official actions like, setup-go and setup-java.
