feat: improve my projects & all operators page #740

Description

Improve fetch operator's capacity & metadata.
Speed up load all operators.
Adjust page size and support sort by capacity for All Operators page
Adjust my-projects page, show burnt rewards(all/projects), show last era rewards instead of total rewards.
Enhance UI of my-projects.
Enhance error tip.
