2.Upon activating plugin fatal error code displays dashboard disabled

The upgrade currently only breaks the backend does not break the site. Tried
unistalling plugins to see if it was a plugin confliction cannot do this
because the upgrade enable me from entering my dashboard. BTW I have added this
to Github as well just following breadcrumbs to troubleshoot I guess?
