In order to get a feature added to BuddyPress Media, you have to provide a
concise description of the feature, and compelling evidence that a large
percentage of Buddypress Media installations will use it.

Ability for members to CREATE AUDIO/VIDEO PLAYLISTS

[In less than a paragraph, how does the feature work?]

Members/users will create their own playlists by:

- searching the site for audios/videos etc.
-adding their favorite audios/videos to their playlist.

[Why is this feature necessary? What shortcoming does it fix?]

This feature is a convenient way for members/users to compile their favorite 
audios/videos in to one location which they can visit over and over to play 
this list. This gives a great reason for members to visit the site repeatedly.

[Are other social media websites implementing this feature? If so, provide
links to example sites.]

Many popular sites have this feature such as youtube.com etc.

[Is this feature relevant to many different kinds of websites? Explain
why?]

Yes, it helps users conveniently organize and play their favorite media.

[Please attach a sketch / wireframe of the feature to the ticket. (If
applicable)]

Sounds like an interesting feature. Please attach a series of screen captures 
or wireframe drawings that illustrate how you think this feature should work 
from a user's perspective.
