Ratings & Reviews for Video Formats

In order to get a feature added to BuddyPress Media, you have to provide a
concise description of the feature, and compelling evidence that a large
percentage of Buddypress Media installations will use it.

[In less than a paragraph, how does the feature work?] When someone views a 
video they can rate it from 1 to 5, 1 being the least popular or helpful to 5 
being the most popular or helpful. Plus, a comment box for a review statement.

[Why is this feature necessary? What shortcoming does it fix?]It helps the 
potential viewer of a video know if its helpful based on past views. Some 
videos are educational formats and would help potential viewers know if it is 
worth their time engaging the video.

[Are other social media websites implementing this feature? If so, provide
links to example sites.]
