Error with plugin when trying to delete Site user

1. Attempt to delete a user with album activated
2. Receive error message
3. Must Deactivate plugin to delete user

[What is the expected output? What do you see instead?]

Expect User Deletion, recieve 
Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_activity_delete() in 
/wp-content/plugins/bp-album/includes/bp-album-core.php on line 472

I found a similar Error reported some months ago... not sure if it was ever 
followed up

I have the the Activity Streams component of Buddpress deactivated when I 
recieve this error. Upon re-activating the component the error disappears.
