Cannot Delete a User when plugin is activated

1. Install Plugin and configure
2. Try to delete a User
3. After "Confirming Deletion", i get a 500 Internal Server Error: "The website 
encountered an error while retrieving 
http://www.aupairfamily.com/wp-admin/users.php?action=delete&user=12&_wpnonce=70
45d98401"

[What is the expected output? What do you see instead?]
I expect the user should be deleted and I get a confirmation notice.

When I deactivate the plugin, I'm able to delete the user like normal.
