I don't know if you've heard of transiflex (https://www.transifex.com/). It could help translate the app. Open source project don't have to pay and people with no coding knowledge can help too thanks to the way the site work

Thanks, translation / i18n is indeed important. We will probably go with https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:New_project which is entirely free and designed for open source projects, but we'll have ot move our version control out of GitHub for the process to work.
