Make collator visible under "Reward&Slash" as a separate column #14

Description

To make the performance of the collator easier accessible it would be helpful to see the collator's name ind the section "Reward&Slash" as a separate column. At the moment you can only manually figure it out by searching for the same event_id ending with ...-1 and the looking up the wallet/name.
