Validator reward destination not updating #23

Steps to reproduce

I recently changed my validator reward destination recently and it appears that it hasn't updated:

New reward destination

Controller extrinsic set_payee

Expected output

0x513b35b8d169fb8f713504d252be09827c6e9fa2197df14bbe563efe67af51d6

Actual output

0xbc486ed2f394da6e6b58b130687b48d3d19f756ba6d0655d37bf58ff0f59f974

Additional factoids or references

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the issue, but the new reward destination is a multisig.
