Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://polkadot.subscan.io/xcm_dashboard
2. Click the channel links (in this case, the "19" link for Statemint)
3. You will find that the links are broken as they are wrongly formatted. (in this example "https://polkadot.subscan.io/https://statemint.subscan.io/xcm_channel")

Expected output

https://statemint.subscan.io/xcm_channel

Actual output

https://polkadot.subscan.io/https://statemint.subscan.io/xcm_channel
