Staking Rewards for Khala & KILT #7

Description

Khala and KILT are offering staking rewards on their network which are currently not tracked by subscan. It would be great to add this functionality.

For Khala, it would be great to track the "claim_rewards" extrinsics, i.e., the time when users claim the rewards.

For KILT, it can be similar like for the Polkadot rewards as they are provided directly into the account.

Both should be able to be scraped by the reward_slash API from subscan.

Use cases

Subscan provides the ability for users to keep track on their staking rewards and the exact date when they are issued to the accounts.

@jonasW3F The khala network seems a bit complicated, we will communicate with the khala team.
