Some networks cannot initiate extrinsics #201

Hello Thank you for your wonderful project Now I am using your project but have problems I read your project readme but I can`t install environment so how to do it I am waiting your help urgently

Can you provide more error installation error information to help solve the issue

Note that multisig react use nodejs version 14
