Failed payment transaction message disapears too quickly? #218

I noticed that the error message which is displayed when payment transaction fails disappeared on its own rather quickly. Is this normal for other payment extensions?

@chrismshea Can you let us know how Braintree and / or other payment methods handle this message?

@chrismshea @garthbrantley Can you clarify, whether should I leave this value or whether I need to increase the timeout?

@chrismshea and myself reviewed the Braintree payments integration, determined that this behavior is similar and we should make no further changes.
