Steps to reproduce

using subscribepro-magento2-ext on main at 8048f55
In Magento 2 frontend create a new customer account
navigate to Stored Payment Methods in My Account
3DS is enabled
Click Add New Card
Using 3DS payment flow card 2303779999000275 or 2303779999000408 add a new card
Observe the Card Number field in card list.

Wallet_NewCard_CardNumber-ending

Payload looks complete on save save_payload

Vault Payment Token table missing data vaul_payment_token

Payment Profile missing data payment_profile 2
