If there's a very large repository, the down-sync of the actual payload may take soooo long that the invitation-handling-signatures are outdated (outside of allowed backdating period during crypto-data-up-sync).
The problem should be solved by immediately up-syncing after the down-sync so that any local crypto-handling is up-synced before downloading the large payload (for weeks or months).
