Background

Want to follow the golang project layout specified here: https://github.com/golang-standards/project-layout as this is very clean

Changes

All Web Assets are now in web/ and the generation for this is updated
Moved screenshots into ./github to reduce the overall noise at the root level
Fixed the contributing link not working on dockerhub
Added a goreport badge https://goreportcard.com/report/github.com/subspacecommunity/subspace

Testing

Pulled this branch down on my droplet in DigitalOcean and it works :)
