Update CDN JSONs for archives with chain ID and name (and icon) #241

New fields added (chainName, chainId for EVM and chainSS58Prefix for Substrate). Some Substrate networks have prefixes based only on RPC properties, probably they are not equal to actual network prefix (that networks devs intended to set)
