Motivation: Decentraland requested making our GraphQL compatible with The Graph.

How to test: Try running subgraphs migrated to SQD and compare the generated interfaces.

Scope:

Prepare step-by-step guide how to migrate from The Graph to SQD (Update existing )

The things that should be compatible:

limit, offset vs skip in pagination
sorting (asc, desc)
pluralization
XXXXById****
