'lens-writer' is not in the npm registry #34

Registry returned 404 for GET on https://registry.npmjs.org/lens-writer

Didn't think about making Lens Writer available as an npm module, but why not. Will consider this when we ship the next version. At times it's still too experimental to deserve an npm release :)
