Setup test suite for notepad #39

We really should setup a testsuite for the notepad. My idea was to write a testsuite for the backend and for CollabHub within Substance where it would be ran against a StubBackend. In the notepad test suite we would just require that same testsuite and run it against the SQLite based backend.

Or still is? We also might need a testsuite for particular backend...

It still is. But this will not start before next week. I need to make a Substance break today.
