Provide separate page after entering email #80

We currently render a success message inside the button. That's a bit confusing. I think we should guide the user a bit more and only show what the next step for them is.

We need to create some simple UI layout components like forms etc. We have a lot of copy and pasted styles which makes it hard to maintain a consistent style.

Will take care of this tomorrow. I think I got some design ideas today too.
