Rename paper-level supplementary files to 'additional files' #1145

As we discussed the most flexible way (also best UX where there is no nested editing) is to keep all source data files globally in one or more sections and use references to link individual panels. That way you can also reuse one data set in multiple panels.

There is a little confusion currently about whether or not we should really go for supplementary files inside figure legends (see #1016). Let's wait with fixing this, until the general question is cleared.
