Looking at code coverage report I found some misses:

[ ] deleting an xref
[ ] test error handling of importer (broken JATS)
[ ] test HTML export (used by copy into clipboard)
[ ] test loading and writing a dar with binaries
[ ] test loading and saving from and to a folder
[ ] test HttpStorageClient
[ ] test context menu
