[Integral]

• [x] Since we are using router for TOC navigation we need have a router on a desktop as well. This PR moves router initialisation to parent class of desktop and browser applications.
• [x] Handling TOC entries differently and updating the route accordingly
• [x] Fixing a bug preventing saving via button in electron
• [x] Tidy up
