Proposal

This will be added by the Texture team after the feature request is discussed and agreed.

fabiobatalha commented 5 years ago

The external links for videos should be considered, example: youtube videos.

JGilbert-eLife commented 5 years ago

@fabiobatalha - many apologies for not putting this in the ticket following our earlier discussions. Would it be possible for you to post some examples of how this works in Érudit articles at the moment? I'd like to clearly understand what you need before making further suggestions.

fabiobatalha commented 5 years ago

@JGilbert-eLife - No problem. I talked with my colleagues to have sure it is a requirement for us.

So it was requested by one of our journals, we do not have an example on-line.

Our current recommendations for this journal is to identify this video as an external link ext-link. Finally, It will not be necessary for us to fully tag external videos in Texture. We can ignore my previous comment.

After you read this, I think we can remove these comments to avoid any noise in the future discussions

Hi @fabiobatalha - understood! Thanks for letting me know. Happy to delete the comments. @Melissa37 - for information.
