Installing Starlight #3

i have the starlight.dll, starlight.cli.exe, and commandline.dll, but i dont know what to do with it

You can put those binaries in a folder anywhere, as long as you don't move the folder. Open your command prompt and navigate to that folder (i.e: cd path\to\starlight\folder), then do Starlight.Cli.exe hook and after that put any options.

A hook command can be like this: Starlight.Cli.exe hook --fps-cap 160

For more options do Starlight.Cli.exe help.
