There are changes in the dev branch of LibreCat which will break some patches for footer.tt: https://github.com/LibreCat/LibreCat/blob/dev/views/footer.tt

0.4.0 is out, the following files makes problems:

views/footer.tt
- 0007implement_logo_in_footer.diff
- 0020add_text_to_start_page.diff
public/css/main.css`
- 0009detangle_scss.diff
- 0011font_roboto.diff
- 0015adapt_footer.patch
- 0022adapt_icon_for_login.diff
- 0023change_logo_in_header.patch
- 0024remove_obsolete_buttons.diff
- 0025change_home_button.diff

And there is an error regarding scss/custom.scss
