Talking URLs for persons #39

We need talking URLs for personal sites.

We have: BASE_URL/person/id http://pub-dev.sub.uni-goettingen.de/person/1234

We need: BASE_URL/person/lastname http://pub-dev.sub.uni-goettingen.de/person/einstein

Problem: What happend with same lastnames?

LibreCat should have such a feature?!
