migrate existing contacts to mailing list / newsletter #189

@Henrieke72 now that the mailing list newsletter is set up, if you want, you can migrate all existing contacts (i.e. webinar participants) to the newsletter and communicate with them via the newsletter.

I've also made you an admin, and you can add members here:

https://listserv.gwdg.de/mailman/admin/hoad/members/add

By default, they should all be moderated, which means that they can't send to the list (only we can).

it's possible that this is actually done already, with 41 (as of now) people on the list -- there seems to be a fair overlap with the 56 (?) attendants of the webinar.
