If I understand correctly, the license_patterns are taken as indication that an article has been released under some open access license.
This url, however, does not link to a license, but actually do an entire journal.
It is now forwarded to https://www.jpatholtm.org.
That journal (is it the same?) has an open access logo on the website, which would suggest that all its articles are open access, so it's not a hybrid journal.
Anyway, I'm confused by this one, because it seems like the odd one out.
